摘要
近年来我国境外国有资产在经营过程中流失的状况日益严峻,如何防范我国境外国有资产流失是当前急需解决的一个重要问题。从宏观和微观两方面分析了我国境外国有资产流失的原因,提出了相关的防范机制。
In recent years, the erosion of overseas state assets of China in the management process oay by day. How to prevent China overseas state-owned assets loss is an important issue which needs to be resolved currently. From two aspects of macroscopic and the microscopic it analyzed the state asset outflow reason of beyond the border China in this paper, then it proposed pointed the prevention mechanism of China overseas state-owned assets at last.
