基于毕业生就业跟踪调查的就业反馈路径初探

On the Clues to the Feedback Path of Employment of Graduates Follow-up Survey

通过对安徽科技学院动物科学、动物医学2010-2012届本科毕业生的就业跟踪问卷调查,了解把握了企事业单位对毕业生的满意度和对专业人才培养的意见和建议,同时也调查分析了毕业生对自身就业满意度的情况和对学校人才培养的意见和建议,在此基础上,对本科应用型专业就业反馈路径的构建进行了讨论和探索。

It takes some valuable information through as survey aiming at the graduates in animal science and medicine in this paper, with the view of the head of human resource and graduates, it adopted questionnaire surveys and discussed the results of the enterprise satisfaction of graduates and the opinions and suggestions of training professional talents. It also investigates the graduates for their job satisfaction and the cultivation of the talent views and suggestions. On the basis of the survey, it explores the construct ap- plication-oriented professional employment feedback path.
