ClO_2预氧化去除水源水中微量酚类研究

摘要 针对微量酚类污染物在液氯消毒工艺中会产生氯酚并导致严重嗅味的问题,采用ClO2预氧化的方法去除水源水中的微量酚类,从而控制消毒过程中氯酚的形成。先通过静态烧杯试验,再用全自动微型移动式平台对试验参数进行动态模拟。结果表明,在苯酚质量浓度为280μg/L的条件下,ClO2对苯酚的去除效果基本能满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)要求,苯酚去除率达到90%以上;从ClO2投加量及预氧化时间方面得出了最佳工艺参数,即ClO2投加量为0.6~1.0 mg/L,预氧化时间为30~60 s。 Aimed at the issues of chlorophenol resulted from liquid chlorine disinfection process and serious taste and odor, ClO2 pre-oxidation was applied to remove trace phenols in source water in order to control the formation of chlorophenol in disinfection process. First static jar test was conducted, then dynamic simulation was completed on experimental parameters using the full automatic micro- travelling experimentation platform. The results showed that the removal effect of phenol by ClO2 could basically meet the requirements of Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749 - 2006), the removal rate was over 90% when the mass concentration was 280 μg/L. The optimal operation parameters were obtained from ClO2 pre-oxidation time and dosage, i.e. dosage of ClO2 was 0.6 to 1.0 mg/L, oxidation time was 30 to 60 s.
