摘要
与无机硅太阳能电池相比 ,有机太阳能电池还面临许多关键性问题。为了改善有机太阳能电池的性能 ,尤其是转换效率 ,研究工作一直在进行。这些研究包括掺杂、敏化、使用 SPP激发技术、模拟光合作用原理、施主——受主共轭体系以及开发多层结构电池和创造新型光伏打材料。对光伏打理论 ,部分表征方法 ,效率损失机制 ,未来发展模式也给了简要描述。
The contribution to the field of photovoltaic devices based on organic and organometellic polymeric systems has been reviewed.It has been shown that attempts are underway to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic cells. and great progress in this area has been made, though the efficiencies of the area yet do not rival those constructed inorganic photovoltaic area. A brief review of the theory of photovoltaics, along with some aspects of their characterization, the basic efficient loss mechanisms, and the trends in this research will also be presented.
