摘要
从石英、长石自身晶体结构出发,深入分析了其表面性质及其荷电机理,从理论上揭示了石英长石浮选分离的可能性。分析了现有的几种无氟浮选新工艺(包括无氟有酸法和无氟无酸法),并针对这几种无氟浮选分离方法,简要探讨了其浮选作用机理。研究表明无氟无酸法具有环境友好、无设备腐蚀、成本低廉等优点,是未来石英—长石浮选分离工艺的重点发展方向,但真正投入工业生产仍需更进一步的研究和完善。
In this paper, the surface properties and charge mechanism of quartz and feldspar were analyzed from their crystal structures. It revealed the possibility of flotation separation of quartz-feldspar in theory. Several non-flu- oride flotation methods were discussed including' non-fluoride with acid' and' non-fluoride and non-acid'. A brief flotation mechanism was discussed for these types of quartz-feldspar non-fluorine flotation separation method. It showed that' non-fluoride and non-acid' was an environment-friendly method with no equipment corrosion and low costs. It represented the future direction of development of quartz-feldspar flotation separation process. But it still needs further research and improvement to put into industrial production.
