某富银铅锌矿选矿试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 某矿床为多金属硫化物富银铅锌矿,主要金属矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿,主要脉石矿物为石英、绢云母及碳酸盐。原矿铅品位3.36%、锌品位3.68%、银品位176.69g/t,试验采用铅锌优先浮选流程对该矿铅锌分离并综合回收银,取得了较好的技术经济指标。最终获得了铅品位61.58%、铅回收率83.06%、含银1686g/t、银回收率为43.23%的铅精矿;锌品位48.57%、锌回收率81.93%、含银630.70g/t、银回收率为22.13%的锌精矿。试验成果为该矿区地质评价及矿产资源开发利用提供了有利依据。 Some deposit is a polymetallic sulfide rich silver lead-zinc ore, the main metals of which are galena, sphalerite,pyrite, chalcopyrite and the main gangues are quartz, sericite and carbonate. In the raw ore, the lead grade is 3.36% ,zinc3.68%, silver 176.69g/t. When the flowsheet of lead-zinc selective flotation was adopted to separate lead and zinc and recover silver,the lead concentrate with the lead grade of 61.58% and the recovery of 83.06% and the silver grade 1686g/t with the recovery of 43.23% and zinc concentrate with the zinc grade of 48. 57% and the recovery of 81.93 and the silver grade of 630.70g/t and the recovery of 22.13% ,which provides a favorable basis for the geological evaluation and the development and utilization of mineral resource.
