降钙素原在两种检测系统的比对研究

摘要 目的探讨不同检测系统测定降钙素原(PCT)结果的可比性。方法依据美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP9-A2文件的规定,分别在罗氏cobase601电化学发光免疫分析仪和北京热景生物上转发光免疫分析仪测定PCT,以罗氏Cobase601为比较方法,以北京热景生物上转发光免疫分析-tU.N实验方法,进行方法学比对试验。结果两种系统检测结果呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数为0.999。结论两种检测系统的预期偏倚和相对偏倚均在可接受范围,比对结果可以被-】各床接受。 Objective To compare the results of procalcitonin (PCT) measured by two different systems. Methods According to EPg-A2 files of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), serum PCT were respectively determined by Roche cobas e601 and up-converting phosphor immunoassay system of Beijing Hotgen Biotech, and the former was taken as experimental method and compared with Roche cobas e601. Results The results indicated that the two systems had fine linear relationship and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999. Conclusion The expected bias and relative bias were less than medical decision level and the comparison results could be clinically acceptable.
