摘要
目的探讨WBC联合CRP检测儿童呼吸道感染的诊断意义。方法随机选择100例门诊儿童感染性患儿分别检测CRP和WBC,同时检测30例健康体检儿童为健康对照组。结果细菌感染组CRP和WBC指标均高于病毒感染组和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论CRP和WBC联合检测在儿童感染性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、疗效观察中有重要意义,两者结合可以更好、更早地鉴别诊断细菌性感染和病毒性感染,合理应用抗生素,减少儿童耐药的概率。
Objective To investigate of diagnostic significance of combined detection of white blood cells (WBC) and C reaction protein (CRP) for respiratory tract infection (RTI) among children. Methods 100 cases of out-patient children with RTI and 30 healthy children were enrolled and detected for WBC and CRP. Results Levels of WBC and CRP in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than virus infection group and control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Combined detection of CRP and WBC could be helpful for the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and observation of curative effects for infection diseases in children, especially for reasonable application of antibi- otics to reduce the chance of drug resistance.
