3种口服保肝药治疗慢性乙型肝炎的成本-效果分析

Pharmacoeconomic analysis of three oral-taken hepatic protectants in therapy of type B chronic hepatitis

目的评价3种口服保肝药治疗慢性乙型肝炎的经济效果。方法将本院2011年2月至2012年8月就诊的277例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为A、B、c组，分别给以还原型谷胱甘肽片、复方甘草酸苷片、多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊，疗程均为24周。运用药物经济学原理比较其成本-效果。结果A、B、C组患者成本分别为4362．624元、3024元、2469．6元；有效率分别为80．43％、79．57％、78．26％。结论C组较好。

Objective To evaluate the economic effects of three oral-taken hepatic protectants in therapy of type B chronic hepatitis. Methods 277 patients with type B chronic hepatitis B were divided into 3 groups, including A group treated by Reduced Glutathione Tablets, B group treated by Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and C group treated by Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules, and the course of treatment for the three groups were all 12 weeks. The cost-effectiveness of the three groups was evaluated using the principle of pharmacoeconomics. Results The costs were 4362. 624 Yuan, 3024 Yuan and 2469.6 Yuan for group A, B and C respectively, and the effective rates were 80.43 %, 79.57 ~ and 78.26 ~. Conelusion Groups C might be the optimal one with fine pharmacoeconomies.
