老年股骨粗隆间骨折的内固定治疗 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折的不同内固定治疗效果。方法本组112例,年龄60~89岁,平均年龄72.8岁,均为新鲜骨折。参照Boyd—Griffin分型标准分类:I型:14例,Ⅱ型:41例,Ⅲ型:36例,Ⅳ型:21例。伤后4~10d(平均6.2d)手术。其中,DHS内固定治疗42例,Gamma钉17例,PFNA21例,LCP32例。从手术时间、出血量、愈合时间、功能评分等方面比较分析。结果LCP组在手术时间、出血量与其它组比较差异有统计学意义;在愈合时间、Harris功能评分优良率组间无明显差异。本组112例患者均得到随访。随诊时间最长2年,最短8个月。随访8~12个月(平均10个月)。结论LCP(微创锁定螺纹接骨板内固定技术)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有创伤小,操作简单、手术时间短、固定可靠、骨折愈合时间短和并发症少等优点。
