丙型肝炎病毒实验室常用检测技术及应用 被引量：3

摘要 丙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis C virus，HCV）属于黄病毒科中丙型肝炎病毒属，为单股正链RNA病毒，基因组全长9．6KB。据wHO统计，全球HCV的平均感染率约为1％～3％，目前全世界约有2亿人感染HCV，其中我国约有4000万感染，感染率为0．9％-5．1％，主要基因型为1b、2a、3b型，其中以1b型最多。HCV感染后，急性期有症状的感染者只占30％～40％，其中许多感染者仅有一些轻微的非特异间歇性症状。据报道，
