鲍曼不动杆菌定植调查及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 细菌定植是引起感染的先兆,重症监护病房(ICU)是医院感染的高发科室,主要病原菌常为多重耐药菌(MDRO),鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii)定植引起的感染暴发和流行,是临床较为棘手的问题,及时发现鲍曼不动杆菌定植并采取相应措施对减少医院感染起到重要的作用。为了解该院鲍曼不动杆菌的定植及耐药情况,预防和控制ICU医院感染的发生。本文对瑞金医院ICU内256例患者咽拭子和肛拭子进行筛查培养和分析。
