摘要
目的采用锥形束CT(CBCT)测量技术定量评价健康成年人的髁突位置,并对髁突位置的三维测量方法进行探讨。方法筛选50例颞下颌关节健康的成年志愿者进行头颅CBCT扫描,使用Simplant 13.0软件测量髁突在矢状位、轴位和冠状位的相对位置,并进行双侧髁突位置对称性的比较。结果关节上间隙(冠状位)的均值为(4.04±0.93)mm;髁突半径值(轴位)均值为(54.14±2.77)mm;髁突在关节窝内的相对位置(矢状位)(AE’/AC)为(49.27±4.04)%;双侧髁突位置(关节上间隙、髁突半径值及髁突在关节窝内的相对位置)测量结果 ,差异均无统计学意义(t分别=-0.69、-1.93、0.74,P均>0.05)。结论健康成年人髁突位于关节窝中位,双侧髁突位置基本对称;CBCT影像测量是评价髁突位置的有效方法之一。
Objective To evaluate the condylar position by using cone-beam computed tomography and explore the three dimensional method to measure condylar position. Methods Fifty volunteers whose temporal-mandibular joints were healthy were selected and scanned by CBCT. Simplant 13.0 software was used to measure the condylar relative position in sagittal, axial and coronal and make comparison of symmetry of bilateral condylar position. Results The mean distance of the coronal, axial, sagittal (A E'/AC ) were (4.04±0.93)mm,(54.14±2.77) mm,(49.27±4.04)%respectively. There was no statistic significance among bilateral condyles (t=-0.69,-1.93,0.74,P〉0.05). Conclusions The condylar position of healthy adults is lying the centre of glenoid fossa, and their bilateral condyles are almost symmetric. CBCT measurement is an effective method to evaluate the condylar position.
