摘要
对已获得的白蜡属种间杂交种F1代及其亲本的自由授粉子代进行种子性状的调查与分析,比较不同树种、不同父本种源、不同母本基因型、不同父本基因型及花粉是否经过静电场处理对杂交种F1代的种子性状的影响;从杂交种F1代的种子性状方面研究其杂种优势。研究表明:以不同白蜡树种为父本对杂种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,父本种源不同对杂交种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,母本基因型不同对杂交种F1代的种子性状影响很大,父本基因型不同对杂交种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,花粉经适宜高压静电场处理后对杂种F1代的种子性状没有显著影响,白蜡属种间杂交种F1在种子性状方面具有杂种优势。
In this study,the traits of seeds of interspecific hybrid F1 of Fraxinus and the free pollination progeny of their parents were investigated and analyzed.The traits of seeds were compared on the basis of different varieties of trees,different provenances of male parent,different genotype of female parent,different genotype of male parent,and whether the pollen of hybrid F1 had been disposed by high voltage electrostatic field.The heterosis of the interspecific hybrid F1 of Fraxinus was researched concerning the traits of seeds.The reswlts indicated that the mating rate between Fraxinus mandshurica and three kinds of Fraxinus chinensis were all relatively high,and it had not remarkable influences for the seeds traits of hybrid F1 taking different kinds of Fraxinus chinensis as male parent.The differences of male parent's provenance didn't have remarkable influence for the seeds traits of hybrid F1.The differences of female parent's genotype had remarkable influence for the seeds traits of hybrid F1.The differences of male parent's genotype didn't have remarkable influence for the seeds traits of hybrid F1.The seeds traits of interspecific hybrid F1 didnt vary markedly while disposed by appropriate high voltage electrostatic field.The interspecific hybrid F1 of Fraxinus has heterosis in aspect of the seeds traits.
