摘要 双洎河渡槽段工程是南水北调中线总干渠第Ⅱ渠段(沙河南~黄河南)的重要组成部分,是目前世界上采用移动模架施工现浇成型的特大型渡槽。本文结合双洎河渡槽施工特点,概括施工过程所涉及的渡槽施工难点、槽身体型控制、模板选型与设计和施工交通布置等关键问题及采取的主要施工技术、措施,以期为后续国内外修建的其它特大型渡槽设计和施工提供参考。 Shuangji River Aqueduct Project was the important component of the second section of the central main channel in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.It was also the outsize cast-in-situ concrete aqueduct in the world.Based on the characteristics of Shuangji River Aqueduct Project,this paper summarized some key issues involved in the project process,including construction difficulties,the control of aqueduct body,formwork selection and design,and construction transportation arrangement as well as the main construction techniques and measures used.The study can provide reference for outsize cast-in-situ concrete aqueducts subsequently constructed in the domestic and overseas.
