摘要
质量管理学是一门实践性和理论性较强的多学科交叉课程。本文针对目前课程教学中存在的问题,基于企业质量管理活动的界定,提出课程教学目标,并就所提出的能力培养目标采用质量功能展开法(QFD)对课程内容结构进行分析,确定核心知识模块,最后从教学方法及手段、实践教学和课程考核评价等方面提出教学改革的措施。
As a course involved multidisciplinary knowledge,＂Quality Management＂has strong academic and practicality.The paper discusses the present problems in teaching and proposes course objectives based on the definition of quality management activities in the enterprise.According to the skills-based goal,curriculum contents are analyzed by using quality function deployment（QFD） and the core knowledge modules are defined.Finally,this paper puts forward the reform measures in teaching methods,practical teaching and course assessment and evaluation.
