摘要 为了实现电压闪变参数的准确测量,介绍了一种通过电压均方根值曲线获取闪变参数的检测方法。具体实现为:采用滑动窗口的方法逐个窗口的求取电压均方根值(RMS),窗口宽度选为一个工频周期,相邻窗口有半个周期的重叠,求取的电压均方根值去除均值之后进行FFT,直接得到闪变频率,闪变幅值通过查表校正亦可准确获得。仿真结果表明该方法不受高次谐波的影响,对包含多个闪变频率的电压波动信号实现准确测量。 In order to realize the accurate measurement of voltage flicker parameters,this paper introduces a flicker detection method by calculating the voltage RMS values.The way to implement the method is first to calculate the voltage RMS by a sliding window,to elect the window width as a power frequency cycle and the adjacent windows half cycle overlap.After removing the mean component from the voltage RMS to carry through FFT,the flicker frequency is directly obtained,the flicker amplitude can be obtained accurately through the look-up table correction.The simulation results show that this method is not affected by high harmonics,and can realize accurate measurement of multi-frequency voltage fluctuation.
