盾构隧道邻近建筑物施工的地面变形分析及预测 被引量:6

Analysis and prediction of ground deformation caused by shield tunnelling adjacent to existing building

摘要 为了研究盾构隧道开挖对既有建筑物周边地面沉降的影响,采用考虑隧道-土体-建筑物共同作用的三维有限元计算法,对其进行敏感性因素分析,并根据经验公式对考虑建筑刚度约束作用的地面挠曲变形进行预测.研究结果表明,地面既有建筑物对盾构隧道施工诱发的地面沉降具有一定的约束作用,且建筑物的基础形式、刚度和长宽比、隧道埋深、隧道与建筑物的夹角和侧向偏心距等均对该约束作用产生了不同程度的影响效应.考虑建筑刚度的经验公式能方便地预测地面的挠曲变形;但由于没有考虑建筑物的自重作用,该经验公式放大了建筑刚度对地面变形的约束效应. In order to investigate the influence of shield tunnelling on the ground settlement of the adjacent existing building,several typical sensitive factors are analyzed by using the three dimensional finite element method(3D FEM) considering the interaction of the shield tunnel,soil and existing building.The ground surface deflection restricted by the stiffness of the existing building is predicted by empirical formulas.The results show that the ground settlement caused by shield tunneling is restricted by the existing building,w hich is influenced differently by the foundation type,stiffness,and aspect ratio of the building,the tunnel depth,and the angle and lateral distance betw een the tunnel and the building.The empirical formulas considering the building stiffness can be used to predict the ground deflection conveniently.How ever,the results deduced from the empirical formulas may enlarge the confinement effect on the ground deformation since the method does not take the deadw eight of the existing building into account.
