摘要
500kV扬州西变电站施工中,将变电站混凝土挡土墙按照饰面清水混凝土的标准进行施工。大模板设计方案经混凝土板墙模板计算、次梁强度验算、对拉螺栓验算,均满足要求。施工中,严格按照质量控制要点,包括模板安装前的处理、模板拼接节点尺寸的确定、提高模板系统加固的整体性、模板拆除后的处理、混凝土成型质量的控制等施工,施工后的板墙整体观感良好,达到了设计要求。
During the construction of 500kV Yangzhou West Transformer Station, the concrete retaining wall of the transformer station is constructed according to the standard for finishing plain concrete. The design scheme of large formwork successfully satisfy all requirements after calculation of concrete slab wall formwork, joist strength calculation and verification of split bolt, etc. During the construction, key construction points are strictly controlled, such as treatment of formwork before installation, determination of formwork assembly node dimension, improvement of integrity of formwork system reinforcement, treatment of formwork after dismantlement, control on concrete forming quality, etc. Favorable integral appearance is realized on the slab wall and design requirements are satisfied.
