云南省医科大学护士感知组织氛围现状及其影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 组织氛围(organizational climate)是1968年由Litwin等首先提出的概念,其定义为员工对于工作环境的感知,并能影响他们的行为和感受。Snow在Litwin等的理论基础上,确认了组织氛围的6个维度,即灵活性(flexibility)、责任(responsibility)、标准(standards)、奖酬(rewards)、明晰(clari-ty)及团队承诺(team commitment)。
