温生理盐水腹腔灌洗对大鼠胰腺内HSP70表达的影响

Influence of peritoneal lavage with warm saline on HSP70 expression in rat pancreas

目的探讨温生理盐水腹腔灌洗对大鼠胰腺内热休克蛋白(HSP70)表达的影响。方法选取清洁级SD大鼠30只,将其作为临床研究对象,并随机分为两组,每组SD大鼠15只,分别为急性胰腺炎模型组及42℃温生理盐水腹腔灌洗急性胰腺炎组。比较两组大鼠术后2h和6h所检测的HSP70、IL-8、TNF、血淀粉酶水平,观察其病理切片及评分等相关指标。结果与急性胰腺炎模型组比较,42℃温生理盐水腹腔灌洗急性胰腺炎组术后2h和6h所检测的IL-8、TNF、血淀粉酶及病理评分均明显减少,而HSP70阳性率明显提高,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温生理盐水腹腔灌洗可以诱导大鼠胰腺HSP70的大量表达,从而抑制炎症因子的表达,减轻炎症因子对胰腺的损伤,并使全身炎症反应减弱,起到保护机体的作用,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of peritoneal lavage with warm saline on HSP70 expression in rat pancreas.Methods Thirty clean SD rats were chosen as the research subjects,which were equally and randomly divided into two groups.Group B （n=15,lavage acute pancreatitis group） applied peritoneal lavage with 42℃ warm saline based on Group A （n=15,acute pancreatitis model group）.2 h and 6 h after operation,the levels of HSP70,IL-8,TNF,hemodlastase were compared between the two groups,and the mark of pathological section and the scores were observed.Results Compared with group A,the levels of IL-8,TNF,hemodlastase,and pathological scores in group B were all significantly decreased 2 h and 6 h after operation,and the positive rate of HSP70 was increased significantly.The differences were all statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Peritoneal lavage with warm saline can induces the high expression of HSP70,so as to depress the expression of inflammatory factor and alleviate the damage of inflammatory factor on pancreas,which also decrease the reaction of systemic inflammatory and protect the body.It is valuable to be applied for clinic.
