摘要
目的了解海南不同地区孕妇的产检现状。方法收集海口市一家三甲医院、三家县级医院住院分娩产妇的产检手册进行回顾性分析。结果 (1)不同地区产检率均在95%以上。(2)不同地区产检项目完成程度不同,海口市产检项目完成程度相对较好,各县产检均有不同程度漏项。(3)孕早期产检率不同,各县孕妇尤其是乡镇医院孕妇产检次数不够。结论海南不同地区产检质量不一致,应加强医务人员尤其是基层医生对特殊产检项目的了解,提高医务人员产检的责任心。向群众说明产检的重要性,争取孕妇主动完成产检。
Objective To understand the status of antenatal care in different areas of Hainan Province.Methods The clinical data of puerperants from a third-grade A-level hospital in Haikou City and three county-level hospitals are retrospectively analyzed.Results （1） The rates of antenatal care in different areas were above 95％.（2）The items of antenatal care in different areas were completed in different degrees,with relatively higher completion degree in Haikou City.（3） There were different rates of early pregnancy antenatal care.The pregnant women in county-level hospital,especially township hospitals,had no enough antenatal care.Conclusion The different areas of Hainan province have different antenatal care rate.The medical staff,especially primary-level medical staff,shall understand the importance of special items of antenatal care,improve the sense of their responsibility in antenatal care,explain the importance of the antenatal care to the masses and try their best to urge the pregnant women to take the initiative to complete their antenatal care.
