显微超声技术在塑化根管再疏通中的应用

Application of ultrasonic technique under dental operating microscope in the retreatment of resinified root canals

目的评价根管显微镜联合超声技术在塑化根管再疏通中的应用效果。方法选取近两年来因进行过塑化治疗致使根管阻塞的患牙85颗,共227个根管,采用根管显微镜联合超声技术对塑化根管进行再疏通,评价再疏通的效果。结果 227个塑化根管成功再疏通162个,成功率为71.37%。结论应用根管显微镜联合超声技术再疏通塑化根管疗效肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrasonic technique under dental operating microscope in the retreatment of the resinfied root canals.Methods A total of 227 resinfied root canals of 85 teeth were retreated by ultrasonic technique under dental operating microscope.The success rate was recorded.Results Of the 227 canals,162 were successfully negotiated,and the success rate was 71.37％.Conclusion The use of ultrasonic technique under dental operating microscope is proved to be an effective way in the retreatment ofresinified root canals.
