摘要
目的高效液相色谱法测定DL-丙氨酸中丙酸的含量。方法采用依利特C18柱,流动相为0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(84∶16),流速为1.0mL.min-1;柱温温度为30℃检测。最低检测限为10μg.mL-1,理论塔板数为6703;结果在5~40μg.mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论该法测定丙酸的残留量简捷、准确。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of propionic acid in DL-alanine by HPLC. METHODS U- sing C18 column was used. Mobile phase was 0. 01mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphato-methanol (84:16). Flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 ;Column temperature was 30℃. The minimum detection limit was 10μg· mL^-1. Theo- retieal plato number was 6703 ;RESULTS The good linear relationship was 5-40μg·mL^-1. CONCLUSION The method for determination of propionic acid and the residues is simple and accurate.
