摘要
研究人工辅助授粉及种子发育状况对9a生富士苹果果实发育的影响。结果表明,人工辅助授粉后富士苹果坐果率、果形指数分别比自然授粉提高了255.80%,6.52%,而偏斜率降低了35.98%。人工授粉后幼果果肉内IAA、GA3、ZT均比自然授粉高,尤其在幼果期激素含量水平差异明显;种子数、心室数与果形偏斜率之间存在显著的负相关关系,相关系数分别为r=0.701 83和r=0.749 52,即果实中种子数量越多,且种子分布的心室数越多,果实偏斜率越低。
This experiment studied the influence of fruit development through development of 9 years old Fuji apple seeds and artificial pollination,results show that:Comparing with natural pollination,artificial pollination has a better effect on fruit shape development,fruit setting rate,fruit shape index increased by 255.80G and 6.52G respectively, and Unsymmetrical rate decreased by 35.98%;IAA,GA3 and ZT in young fruits are higher than those of natural pollination. Especially there were significant differences be-tween phytohormone contents in the young fruit period;there were significant negative correlations between seed number,locule number and fruit unsymmetrical rate.The correlation coefficients were r = 0.70183 and r = 0.74952 respectively, this means the more seeds and ventricles exist in fruit,the lower deviation index fruit has.
