书院精神与今日大学的价值重建

The Spirits of Academy and the Value Reconstruction of the Contemporary University

人是一个价值的存在。在市场经济逻辑的主导下,今日之大学在相当大的程度上已变成了职业训练所,大学的价值教育逐渐被边缘化。以人物为中心的中国传统书院不以"实学"为重,而以涵养心性为业,体现了中国传统人文精神的旨趣。传统书院的教育理想以及书院精神在当前的延续,揭示了大学价值教育的中心在于"立人",大学的根本价值在于"人"的精神气象。

The people are the being of value.However,the contemporary universities are places of various careers to a large extent and the value education of the university are marginalizing under the instruction of the logic of the market economy.The traditional academy emphasizes on enriching the spirits not stressing the ideas of 'practice',which have embodied the aim of Chinese traditional humanistic spirits.It mainly aims at revealing the core of value education of universities,namely making the people become perfect by stating the education ideal of traditional academy,and the spreading of the spirits of academy.The important value of universities is the spirit of the people.
