摘要
虽则"文化兴国"蓝图已经初步绘出,但距实现尚任重道远。受马克斯.韦伯新教功能论启发,文章以社会转型为背景,着重考察转型过程中文化价值的功能聚合作用。其间,相关概念与命题的澄清尤为必要,如"文化兴国"及与之构成悖论关系的"文化中国",即找寻失缺的"文化"———基于价值共识的理念精神才是"兴国"的前提所在,所谓"工欲善其事必先利其器"是为此也。
Although the strategy of cultural invigoration has been published, there is a long way for its realization. Inspired by Weber＇s religious theory and based on the background of social transformation, this paper focuses on the integration func- tions of cultural values. The related concepts and propositions such as ＂culture rejuvenating China＂ and its paradox of ＂cultural China＂ are to be clarified clearly. Actually, in order to find the wanted spirit of ＂culture＂, which is based on the value consensus, is the premise of the strategy of cultural invigoration.
