摘要
胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病、冠心病、高血压等慢性疾病的共同机制，以前胰岛素抵抗的研究主要关注于与这些慢性病之间的联系。近年来，胰岛素抵抗与缺血再灌注间的研究逐渐成为新点、热点之一，与患者的预后密切相关。本文根据文献报道，对两者之间的关系作一综述。
Ischemic reperfusion is the common mechanism of some chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, and so on. Previous studies of insulin resistance is mainly focused on the re-lationships of these chronics, while now, in recent years, the research between the insulin resistance and ischemie reperfusion has gradually beeome one of the new and hot points, closely related to the patient＇s prognosis. In this pa-per, we will review the insulin resistance and ischemic reperfusion aceording to the reported literature review.
