摘要
结合当今知识经济的现实 ,提出实施名牌战略 ,提高顾客满意的观点。在论述了如何实施名牌战略的基础上 ,提出CS的概念、度量模型及我国CS工程实施的成功例子 ,最后论述了二者的关系。
According to the actuality of knowledge economy,the paper puts forward the viewpoint of “implement famous-brand strategy,enhance consumer satisfaction”.The conception of CS,the measurement model and the successful implement examples in China are given based on the discussion of how to implement the strategy.Finally,it discusses the relationship between them.
