The Prosposal for the Enterprises in Studying and Using IE and CIMS

建议企业要学习应用工业工程和计算机集成技术 (CIMS)。其理由是 :工业工程是优化管理科学 ;是面宽技深有前途的学科 ;是管理方法和技术极其丰富的宝库 ;是性质活跃有动态特性的技术 ;是投资少见效快、一本万利的技术 ;国务院 1 990年 33号文件要推行工业工程 ,先后有 30多名部省级高干和知名学者的支持 ;1 997年工商管理培训课程教学大纲增加工业工程内容 ;1 998年国家教委调减 30 0多个专业 ,保留了工业工程专业 ,因为IE能培养复合型人才 ;2 1世纪知识经济需要微电子技术。因此作者认为企业需要工业工程和CIMS。

Suggest the enterprises to study and use IE and CIMS.The reason is that IE is a kind of high class management science,a rich treasure house of management an technology,an active character with high effects and little money.The govenment wanted to practise IE in 1990,and quite a number of high ranking cadres and advanced scholars supported it.In 1997,IE was added to the educational outline of industrial and commercial management.In 1998,more than 300 specialized departments were cancelled by the National Educational Committee,but IE was retained,simply because that IE can foster complex qualified personnel.The knowledge economy of 21 century needs micro electric technology,IE and CIMS belong to it.The authors think that the enterprises of Hebei Province need IE and CIMS.
