摘要
在市场条件下,企业作为一个经济行为主体需要根据实际情况来考虑是否要与位于供应链上游的供应商进行商务合作或交易。企业选择供应商的过程是一个交易双方在信息不对称条件下的博弈过程,要受到市场条件下其他因素所构成的特定的自然状态的影响。依托"委托—代理"模型的理论思想,构建了企业的供应商选择模型,既考虑了博弈双方的利益分布情况,同时还考虑了市场背景下主要因素对买卖交易双方的制约,并依照逆推归纳法分析了供应商选择机制模型的博弈过程。
Under the market condition, the enterprise, being as an economic behavioral subject, needs to consider whether to make business cooperation or trade with the suppliers located in the upstream of supply chain according to the actual circumstances. The process of enterprise to choose suppliers is a game process between both trading parties under the condition of asymmetric information, which is influenced by the special natural state composed of the other factors under the market condition. Based on the theoretical thought of principal-agent model, this paper builds the enterprise supplier selection model, which considers not only the interests distribution of the both sides of the game but also the constraints of main factors on the both sides of the trade under the market background, and by using the backward induction method, analyzes the tame nroce..~ af th 1; I^A.:
