摘要
分析了铁路企业人力资源内部控制存在的主要问题及其产生原因,指出应通过科学制定人力资源规划、优化劳动组织、发挥科技推动作用、完善人力资源政策等策略,建立和谐劳动关系,发挥人力资源最大潜能,实现人力资源结构的动态平衡。
This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the internal control of railway enterprise's human resource and their causes, and points out that the railway enterprise should establish harmonious labor relations, give full play to the maximum potential of human resource, and realize the dynamic balance of human resource structure through scientifically formulating human resource plan, optimizing labor organization, making science and technology play a promoting role, and perfecting human resource policy, etc.
