非正常接发列车存在的问题及对策

Some Problems in and Countermeasures for Abnormal Reception and Departure of Trains

非正常接发列车在行车工作中虽然不经常遇到,但无论是行车设备发生故障,还是施工以及运行条件发生变化等,对于接发列车人员来说其处理能力一直是实际工作中存在的薄弱环节。结合多年行车专业教学实际情况,分析了非正常接发列车作业存在的问题,提出了提高接发列车人员非正常作业能力的对策。

Although the abnormal reception and departure of trains isn＇t often met in railway transportation, the emergency response capacity of the workers for reception and departure of trains is always a weak link in the actual work in the cases of the failure of driving equipment or the construction and the changes of operating conditions. Connecting with many years＇ teaching practice of railway transportation subject, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the operation of abnormal reception and departure of trains, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the capacity of the workers in abnormal operation.
