摘要
比较了国标法和振荡法测定石灰性土壤中交换性钙镁含量。结果表明:振荡45 min后测得交换性钙、镁含量与国标法测得含量相关性极显著,其中交换性镁的数据基本一致,交换性钙需乘以1.29的校正系数;且振荡法可以有效地节本增效,更适用于大批量土壤样品的分析检测。
This paper compares the contents of exchangeable Ca; exchangeable Mg in calcareous soil measured by using GB method and vibration method. The results show that the contents of exchangeable Ca and exchangeable Mg in calcareous soil after 45 min's oscillation have extremely significant correlation with the contents measures by using GB method, in which the data of exchangeable Mg is basically the same, and the data of exchangeable Ca should be multiplied by 1.29 of correction factor; and the vibration method, which can effectively reduce the cost and increase the efficiency, is a specially useful method for the analysis and detection of large quantities of soil samples.
