This paper briefly outlines the basic concepts and key steps of the fuzzy cluster analysis, and selecting the development data of the tertiary industry of all cities in Guangxi in 2010 as the research objects, probes into the innovation practice of the fuzzy cluster analysis on Excel computing platform.
