摘要
基于前期逐日收集的常规气象资料,分析了2010年3月19日发生在阳曲县黄寨镇黄寨村的黄土崩塌事故,从而找出了诱发此次大型坍塌地质灾害的原因——气温突增及表层冻土迅速解冻,明确了提高气象诱发地质灾害预警水平和质量的工作目标。
Based on the regular meteorological data collected day by day in the earlier stage, this paper analyzes the loess collapse accident that occurred on March 19, 2010, in Huangzhai Village, Huangzhai Town, Yangqu County, finds the causes inducing this large-scale geological disaste; the temperature jump and fast-thawing of surface permafrost, and makes clear the working objectives of improving the warning level and quality of meteorologically induced geological disasters.
