防错料系统在SMT过程中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 通过对SMT生产线的连续跟踪,发现元件贴装错误是产品质量波动的一个重要隐患。对经常发生的错料问题进行了分析,从人、机、料、法和环等方面找出事件发生的深层次原因,并提出了相应的改善对策。采用新的防错料措施后,杜绝了错料再次发生,从而提高了SMT生产设备效率,提高了产品一次交检合格率,降低了返修率,保证了产品质量。 It is found that the error of mounting wrong component is an important problem for product quality through the continuous tracking of SMT production line.Analyze the wrong material problems often occurred from human,machine,material,method and environment,find out the reason of the events,and put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.Using the new measures of Error Proof System,eliminate the component placement error,thereby increase SMT production equipment efficiency,improve the first inspection pass rate of product,reduce the rate of repair,ensure the quality of the products.
