涤纶织物的环保型抗茵阻燃多功能整理

Antibacterial and flame retardant finish of polyester fabric

摘要：选用抗菌整理剂SCJ-891、阻燃整理剂JLSUN@ATP对涤纶织物进行-浴法抗菌阻燃多功能整理，研究了阻燃剂和抗菌整理剂用量、预烘温度和时间、焙烘温度和时间等工艺参数对抗菌阻燃效果的影响。优化的抗菌阻燃整理工艺为：JLSUN@ATP170g／L，抗菌整理剂SCJ-89140g／L；100℃预烘1～2min，190℃焙烘2min。整理织物的抗菌性能和阻燃效果达到国家标准的要求，耐洗涤性和服用性良好。

With antibacterial finishing agent SCJ-891 and flame retardant agent JLSUN ~ A＇I＇P, the antibacterial and flame re- tardant multi-functional finish of polyester fabric in one bath is carried out. The influences of the dosage of flame retardant a- gent and antibacterial finishing agent, temperature and time of drying and curing on finishing results are researched. The opti- mal finishing process is flame retardant agent JLSUN ~ ATP 170 g/L, antibacterial agent SCJ-891 40 g/L, drying at 100 ~ for I ~ 2 min, curing at 190 ~： for 2 min. The antibacterial and flame retardant properties of the finished fabric can meet the require- ments of national standard, and the wearability and durablilit~ to repeated launderings are good.
