摘要
[目的]采用蛋白质组学技术鉴定肝癌细胞株HepG2的G1期细胞内的不均一性核糖核蛋白A2/B1(hnRNPA2/B1)蛋白。[方法]提取肝癌细胞株HepG2的G1期细胞的蛋白质,采用双向电泳方法分离蛋白质,应用图像扫描仪及质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)分析鉴定HepG2的G1期细胞表达的蛋白质。[结果]采用双向电泳技术分离,并用质谱成功鉴定出HepG2的G1期细胞的hnRNPA2/B1。[结论]肝癌细胞株HepG2的G1期细胞内的hnRN-PA2/B1蛋白的成功鉴定,为探讨其在肝癌细胞生长和增殖中的作用奠定了基础,并为临床上肿瘤的治疗提供参考依据。
[Purpose] To identify hnRNPA2/B1 protein in G1 phase from HepG2 by the proteomics methods. [Methods] G1 phase Proteins of HepG2 cells were extracted and separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis,and the hnRNPA2/B1 proteins were identified by image scanner and MALDI-TOF-MS. [Results] HnRNPA2/B1 protein in G1 phase from HepG2 was successfully separated and identified. [Conclusion] The hnRNPA2/B1 protein in G1 phase from HepG2 is identified successfully. It can provide the basis of the treatment for tumor.
