摘要
目的建立一种快速、准确的测定聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐含量的紫外分光光度测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,对测定聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐的含量的准确度进行了观察。结果用紫外分光光度法测定聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐含量的线性范围为3~30 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率范围为99.85%~102.0%。相对标准偏差为1.49%。结论所建立的紫外分光光度法测定聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐,具有较高的精密度和回收率,可满足聚消毒剂中聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐的测定要求。
Objective To set up a fast, accurate method to determine the content of polyhexamethylen biguanidine hydrochloride(PHMB- HC1). Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of PHMB -HC1 in disinfectant. Results The linear relationship range of the content of PHMB - HC1 was from 3 to 30 mg/L. The linear dependence coefficient was 0. 9999, the recovery rate was from 99.8% to 102.0%, the relative standard deviation was 1.49%. Conclusion The ultraviolet spectrophotometry methods for PHMB - HCL content determination is high sensitivity and high recovery rate. The method can successfully apply to the determination of PHMB - HCL in disinfectant.
