唐山师范学院转制初首先要转变办学观念。在具体教育过程中,务必根除由来已久的专科办学模式,启动名师工程,改革教育手段与考核方式,确立面向新世纪的办学思路。
We must change our concept of running a school at the beginning of the system promotion of Tangshan Teachers College. In teaching, we must eradicate the long-existing pattern of running a school,start up famous masters project,reform teaching methods and examination formule,and radicate the thoughts of running a school facing the new century.
