摘要
铝电解槽集气效率是影响电解车间天窗无组织排放的关键因素。本文运用理论和数值模拟方法分析铝电解槽正常及开槽操作情况下的烟气流动情况,引出了临界排烟量和中和面的概念,并通过理论计算进行了验证。最后分析了电解车间自然通风与集气效率的关系。
The gas collection efficiency of reduction pot is a key factor that affects uncontrollable emitting from the skylight of pot room. Based on the theo- rotieal and numerical simulation of pot fume flow in normal and operational conditions, the critical pot fume flow and neutralization surface have been introduced, and verified by theoretical calculation. Finally the paper analyses the relationship between pot room natural ventilation and gas collection efficiency.
