合芜蚌自主创新试验区的知识共享困境研究

Study on the Dilemma in the Knowledge Sharing in Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Independent Innovation Experiment Zone

合芜蚌自主创新试验区具有知识共享的基础,包括丰富的知识资源、合作协同的属性及希望实现自主创新的目标,因而区内有条件实现知识共享。然而,在实践过程中区内的知识共享却遭遇困境,困境来自于共享主体的共享意愿及共享主体的共享能力。之所以产生这样的困境,则是由于多元化的利益诉求、薄弱的共享基础、困难的文化融合以及利益均衡与利益失衡的矛盾。

Hefei -Wuhu -Bengbu Independent Innovation Experiment Zone possesses some bases of the knowledge sharing including the rich knowledge resources,the cooperative and coordinative attribute,and the hope of achieving the goal of independent innovation,therefore,there are conditions to realize the knowledge sharing within the zone. However, in the course of practice,the knowledge sharing within the zone has encountered some difficulties coming from the sharing intention and sharing ability of the sharing subjects. The reasons why these difficulties were produced were the diversified interest expression,the weak foundation of sharing,the difficult cultural fusion,and the conflict between interests balance and interests imbalance.
