摘要
针对传统评价方法的不足,提出了基于动态模糊依赖关系的高职院校图书馆服务满意度评价方法,并结合具体实例,评价了图书馆服务满意度各指标之间的依赖关系,展望了未来图书馆工作的发展方向。
In the light of the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods,this paper puts forward a method for the evaluation of service satisfaction of higher vocational college’s library based on dynamic fuzzy dependent relation,and connecting with specific instances,makes evaluation on the dependent relation among all indicators of library’s service satisfaction,and looks forward to the future development direction of library work.
