我国人体器官获取组织存在的问题及对策研究

Research and strategies on the existing problems of human organ procurement organization in China

目的:分析国内器官获取组织(OPO)建设和发展中存在的问题,有针对性地提出加快国内器官获取组织建设的意见。方法:运用综摄法分析国内OPO建设和发展中存在的主要问题,并提出促进OPO发展对策。结果:当前OPO建设和发展中存在的主要问题:公益性质不强、组织发展不平衡、成员结构不合理、教育培训不系统、监管机制不健全。在此基础上提出对策:突显公益性、加大宣传教育、规范运行流程、加大培训力度、构建服务网络。结论:科学有效地制定OPO组织框架和法律法规,是促进国内器官捐献工作有序开展的重要举措。

Objectives： To analyze the existing problems during construction and development of organ procurement organization （OPO） in China and propose countermeasures on promoting OPO construction in China. Methods： Synectics method was applied to analyze the existing problems during construction and development of OPO, and put forward the countermeasures for promoting OPO development. Results： The existing problems dnring construction and development of OPO included imbalanced developmenh unreasonable the structure of members. lacking of systematic training, and unsound supervision mechanism. The countermeasures included strengthening the propaganda and edncation, standardizing the procedure of OPO, strengthening training of professional knowledge for members of OPO, and strengthening information eonstruetion of the organ donation and organ transplantation system. Conclusions： Construction and standard management of OPO is efficient to improve organ donation.
