摘要
对临床路径在国内推进开展过程的现状进行分析,探讨了实施临床路径中遇到的信息系统建设不完善、医疗保险支付制度不配套、绩效考核机制需要转变、医务人员观念需要转变、临床路径覆盖病种较少及普及范围较小等问题。通过探索符合国情的临床路径实施管理办法,对提高医疗服务质量、降低医疗费用、缩短住院天数、促进医疗资源的合理利用,逐步创建符合中国国情和发展需要的新型医疗服务模式。
The status quo of clinical pathway implementation is analyzed. Problems such as imperfect information system, unmatched medical insurance payment method, improvement of performance assessment mechanism anti medical staff＇s concepl, naiTow coverage of diseases are discussed. By exploring clinieal pathway management method that matches Chinese situation, new medical service provision mode which is considered to improve medical service quality, reduce medical expense, decrease average length of stay and help medical resources effective utilization is creased.
