医疗不良事件报告通过收集和分析医疗不良事件,总结经验教训,提出对策建议,防范类似差错的再次发生,从而改善医疗质量和病人安全,并且得到了医务人员的认同。但是目前医疗不良事件报告的现状却不乐观。文章主要介绍了国内外医疗不良事件报告制度的基本情况,以及影响医务人员上报医疗不良事件的因素,包括管理因素、个人因素和技术因素等,总结了促进医务人员上报医疗不良事件的措施。

This paper describes the basic situalion of the domestic and foreign medical adverse event reporting system, as well as the faetors thal affeel lhe medical personnel to reporl medical adverse events, inehnling managemenl factors, individual factors and technical favtm：s, and summarizes the measures to prmnote the medical staff to reporl medieval adverse events.
