析我国近年扩大内需的基本作法

Analysing the basic ways of increasing domestic demands

从 1 998年以来 ,为扩大国内需求 ,国家采取了实施积极的财政政策 ,调整经济结构、开拓农村市场、刺激城镇消费需求等办法。本文拟对以上作法进行初步分析 。

To increase domestic demands, China takes active 2nd effective ways since 1998: Carrying out the active financial policy, adjusting the economic structure, opening out the rural market, stimulating urban consumption demands, and so on. This paper tries to make a preliminary analysis of these ways and puts forward some political suggestions.
