摘要
以基于中国文化背景开发的变革型领导问卷为调查工具,采取方便抽样的方法对北京市6所公立医院进行调查,检验该问卷的信度和效度,并从德行垂范、领导魅力、愿景激励和个性化关怀、尊重下属5个维度深入探索公立医院中层领导的变革型领导行为的结构,进而为公立医院中层领导的选择、培训等人力资源开发做准备。
6 public hospitals in Beijing were investigated by Chinese culture based reforming type leadership questionnaire. The hospital were selected by convenience sampling. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is tested. In aspects of moral, charisma, vision incentive, personality caring and subordinate respecting, the structure of reforming type meddle level leadership in public hospital were analyzed to give reference on public hospital human resources development such as selecting middle level leadership and training.
