摘要
对 1 1 0名中专女生晨练运动负荷的研究表明 :适度的晨练运动 ,能提高大脑中枢的兴奋性 ,提高学习效率 ;但晨练不能作为学生提高运动成绩的主要训练时段 ,因为运动负荷过大 。
A study was made on athletic load of 110 female students' morning exercise. The results showed that measurable morning exercise can stimulate the central nervous system and improve study efficiency. But the morning exercise can't be used as the main training phase improving students' athletic results. Because the athletic load of morning exercise is excessive, it will adversely influence on the spiritual state of students in the morning.
